Do we have to change how we already work?
No. That is the whole point. We start by learning how fees get collected, how stock gets counted and how records get kept in your place, then build software that matches it. If we think part of your process is costing you money we will say so, but the decision stays yours.
How long does a system take to build?
It depends entirely on scope, so we will not pretend a number here. What we can promise is that you see working software early and in stages, rather than waiting months for one big reveal. After the first conversation we can give you a realistic range for your specific case.
Can it work when the internet is down?
This is one of the first things we ask about, because a counter that stops selling when the network drops is useless. How we handle it depends on your setup and your hardware, so it is a design decision we make with you rather than a box we tick.
