        How much does a system cost?
        
It depends on scope, so a number here would be a guess. Tell us what you run and what it must get right, and after one conversation we can give you a realistic range for your case rather than a headline figure that changes later.

      

      

        Can I just buy SchoolLens or ShopLens as they are?
        
Yes. Both are finished platforms running in the field. Most schools and shops start with the system as it stands and we adjust the parts that do not match how they already work.

      

      

        Do you handle the training?
        
We train your team on the actual system with your actual data, not on a demo account. After that we stay reachable on WhatsApp. Launch day is the start of the relationship, not the end of it.

      

      

        What if I already have data in Excel?
        
Both systems import from a template. Good rows are always kept, and every skipped row comes back with the reason so you can correct the file and run it again. One bad row never wastes the whole file.

      

      

        Is my data safe?
        
Fees, grades and takings are exactly the kind of records you cannot afford to lose, so how they are stored, who can see them and how they get backed up are things we agree with you in writing before we build. Ask us the specifics and we will answer them plainly.
